I had a few problems while trying to e-file (not your fault) and I was pleasantly surprised to call your help desk and get a quick, courteous response. Very unusual for a free service!

Frankly, I was shocked! I kept waiting for the ball to drop the whole time I was filling out my taxes. Pop-up ads, hidden charges, identity theft.... something to raise my blood pressure.You have provided me a service and have asked nothing in return.

I just finished electronically filing my 2007 Federal and State of Ohio tax returns using The Benefit Bank. While I am very familiar with using computers to accomplish a number of tasks, this is the first time I've ever filed my taxes using the computer.
I was very pleased with how simple and direct the whole process has been made using The Benefit Bank.
I am permanently disabled and do not drive so going somewhere to get my taxes done (even as simple as my taxes are) is quite a hassle.
This was wonderful....I just pulled up the website, created an identity and stepped through the process answering questions.
